Screwing up the pictures.

A few years ago, I realized that the photos I made at that time weren’t that good, I started to watch videos of one of the best photographers that I’ve ever seen, and comparing his photos (Master pieces, even if he made photoshop on the pictures to make them more impressive)with mines, well, and it was at that moment that I realized that I had to do something to be different in this world of photography.

The way to make the difference is «mastering the light», natural or artificial. I began to observe to many photographers pictures around Can Cun and Playa del Carmen and I noticed that they don’t use any kind of light to make good pictures.

You may be asking yourself «so, what the big deal with that?» well my friend, let me show you the differences between mastering the light and using «natural light»

Of course I will use my own pictures to not get in trouble with the others photographers.

Not using flashes.

As you can see, not using flashlight result in the bride looking dark and the dress looking dull.

On the other hand, in the picture down below we used two flashlight to make the bride look better and you can see how much difference both pictures have.

As you can see, there are a lot of difference between the two pictures.

Here are one more comparative

Without using flashligth and the sun behind the bride.

And Using two flashligth with the sun behind the bride.

So, all been said, if you are going to choose a photographer for your wedding or a lovely photoshoot, make sure to pick the one who can offer you better results, remember, sometimes cheep vendor only would give you cheep results.
